Who we are & what we do
Hugglescote & Donington Le Heath Parish Council was created in 2011 to serve the residents, businesses, community groups and the wider population of the two villages.
The Parish Council's responsibilities include playing fields, open spaces, play areas, and St Mary's allotment.
Parish Council meetings, held on the third Thursday of the month at the Community Centre Hugglescote. 7.30pm start.
Members of the public are most welcome to attend and copies of the agenda are available on this website or from the Clerk. There is the opportunity to ask questions at the meeting or alternative please email the Clerk
Our Clerk has use of the Hugglescote Community Centre Office. To contact please click the link or telephone on the numbers listed and is available to discuss matters concerning the work of the Parish Council in person at a time and place to suit your needs.

Our Staff
The Clerk is the Councils only paid employee and services are bought in as required, such as Grounds Maintenance and can be contacted, by phone or email.
If you have a problem to report, this can also be done online.
Should you wish to discuss matters, appointments can be arranged at mutually agreed times and locations
The Parish Council benefits from the voluntary work put in by members of the local community as well as Parish Councillors who also give their time voluntary If you would like to be involved please contact us.
